For each piece of clothing, there is a SIZE CHART above the size selection menu. When you click it open, you will find both the measurements of the clothing and the body.
We produce our clothing in small batches, which allows us to maintain a unique character in our collection and enable our customers to wear truly individual pieces.

The Kiva dress has a slightly larger neckline than the Kelpokolttu. The neckline of the Kelpokolttu is O-shaped, while the Kiva dress features a U-shaped neckline.
Additionally, the sleeves and hem of the Kiva dress are slightly longer.

In our online store, you can pay using online banking, MobilePay, credit/debit cards, PayPal, and invoice. All these options will be available for selection when you check out at the online store.
If you purchased multiple items as part of a bundle offer, such as "buy a dress and get another one half off," and you decide to return one of the dresses, you will lose the benefit of the discount and pay the full price for the dress you keep.
Yes, if the size is still available. If you need to return an incorrectly sized item purchased at a discount and want the correct size instead, you can get it at the sale price, even if the promotion has ended. In such cases, please contact our customer service at verkko@virq.fi, and we'll take care of it! 🙂
Please note that this can only be done when you need a different size of the same product. If you wish to exchange the product for a different one after ordering, you'll need to place a new order and pay the current price in the online store.
If your order includes free gifts and you return the products, the freebies must also be returned as the transaction is canceled. However, you can choose to purchase them if you wish! If the freebies are not returned with the products, their price will be deducted from the original order amount.
If you want to return only the free gift you received/selected, you can do so at your own expense. Freebies cannot be exchanged for a different size or product. You are, of course, welcome to keep any brochures that came with your package 🙂
You'll find product-specific information for each item. We carefully select our partners, as we want to ensure that every product is manufactured ethically and with high quality.
For example, VirQ clothing has been made in Finland (in Espoo, Kuopio, and Tampere) as well as in Lithuania. Makeup and toiletry bags are made in Kuopio, Finland. Bags are cut and sewn in Kitee (Finland), Nokia (Finland), and Estonia. Bag fabrics are printed in Finland, in Aitoo. The lovely clothing fabrics are manufactured and printed in Lithuania. Dishcloths, kitchen towels, and pillowcases are also printed and sewn in Aitoo. Socks are made in Portugal. Coffee is roasted in Finland in Tampere, and teas come from Demmers Teehaus in Helsinki. All upcycled products are made in Imatra.

We have undertaken custom projects that include invitation cards, event maps, flyers, website illustrations, letterhead, event branding and product design, and work shirts for businesses.
We don't do single-item custom orders (e.g., one dress or one pair of shoes), but we are happy to accommodate individuals if it involves a larger quantity.
The texts are either spontaneous ideas from the designer's mind or sayings from friends and acquaintances. Tiina collects amusing conversations in notebooks, and inspiring texts are selected from these for the products.

Exchange and Return
With your shipment, you have received an address card for returns, please use it. The customer pays for return/exchange costs (EU 14.90 €, Japan 29.90 €). If you want to exchange the product for a different size, you need to place a new order.

You can cancel your purchase and return the product if you wish. As a consumer, you have the right under Finnish consumer protection law to cancel your order by notifying us within 14 days of receiving the product. The notification can be made to verkko@virq.fi. In the notification, it's sufficient to state what you want to return, and we'll know to expect the shipment. Instructions for returns can be found below.
A handling fee is charged for returns, which is determined by the shipping company you use (EU 14.90 €, Japan 29.90 €). The handling fee is deducted from your original order amount. In practice, this means you'll receive a refund for the product price, and the shipping cost portion remains with us.
Money is refunded through your used payment method within 14 days.
If you return the entire order and paid for it completely with a gift card, the balance will be returned to the gift card minus any possible return costs.
If you return the entire order and paid partially with a gift card and partially with another payment method, the original balance will be returned to the gift card and the portion paid with the other payment method will be refunded to you minus any possible return costs.
If you return some of the items and paid for them completely with a gift card, the gift card balance will be credited for the return amount minus any possible return costs.

Products in saleable condition are in original condition, unused and clean, and must have product tags attached. Products must be neatly folded and carefully packed for return shipping. If a returned product has been used, the company has the right to charge a reduction in value, up to the full price of the product including return costs. The product should be tried on without fragrances. A strong scent of perfumes, sweat, or cigarettes on the product may result in rejection of the return. A washed product is considered used and therefore unsaleable. Footwear may only be tested during fitting indoors. Custom-cut fabrics, products worn against hair, or hygiene products have return rights only if the product is defective.
We do not refund money for unsaleable products. We can return the product back at shipping cost.
When canceling a purchase, the product must be returned to our return address without delay, at the latest within 14 days of making the cancellation notification. The returner must be able to demonstrate, if necessary with a return receipt for example, that the goods were returned within the deadline.
Use the address card for return both when canceling a purchase and in exchange situations.

If you find a product to be defective or have received the wrong product, contact us immediately. In case of error, we will refund your purchase price and return of the incorrect product is free of charge. We do not exchange or replace products that have already been altered or washed by the customer.
If your order is damaged during transport, contact us and we will file a report with the shipping company. Make the report without delay, but within 14 days.
A package left uncollected is not the same as canceling an order or returning it. For a package that is returned to us uncollected without a completed return form, we charge shipping costs twice. This is deducted from the amount to be refunded.
