The legendary VirQ shopping bag, now known as Markiisitar (the Marchioness), is back and more stylish than ever! Made of 100% thick cotton canvas, these bags are built to last from one generation to the next.
The story of the Markiisitar bag is unique: our original bags charmed everyone with their hand-drawn, instantly recognizable VirQ characters. When we switched to print technology, the old bag blanks were at risk of going unused – but then came the idea of combining old and new! Each bag features a beautifully sewn pocket made of surplus fabric. The pocket not only decorates the bag but is also a practical place to store your wallet, phone, or glasses.
The result is a true zero waste product where recycling meets style. Its spacious size (43 x 45 x 17 cm) makes Markiisitar the perfect shopping bag, and care is easy: just wash at 40°C. Markiisitar bags are available in different colours.
