SIZE CHART: Beach Dress
Here are two different size charts
By examining both charts, you'll get the best possible help in finding the right clothing size.
If you find yourself on the edge or between sizes in the body measurements chart, pay extra careful attention to the garment measurements.
Consider what kind of looseness you want in the garment. Cotton clothes need more room due to their lack of stretch.
The garment measurement chart shows the actual measurements of the garment.
The body measurement chart shows which of our clothing sizes correspond to your body measurements.
Measuring the garment is often easier than measuring the body. By using a measuring tape, you'll get a garment that fits just right for you!
MEASURING THE GARMENT:
- When choosing a size, take a well-fitting garment you already own and a measuring tape
- The material of the garment being measured should be similar to the one you're purchasing
- When measuring, place the garment on a table, measure the corresponding dimensions as in the chart, and compare
Pay special attention to the looseness you want in garments made from non-stretchy materials. Some people prefer looser clothes while others prefer tighter fits. When considering fit, always carefully compare your body measurements with the garment measurements and take the material into account.
MEASURING THE BODY:
- Bust circumference is measured at the fullest part of the bust over the breasts and across the shoulder blades on the back. Take a firm measurement while wearing a bra.
- Waist measurement is taken below the ribcage, approximately 5 cm above the navel.
- Hip measurement is taken with feet together at the widest part of the hips.
